(OOC: Essentially, a small flying automaton moving at high velocity came to Kuro bearing a letter. And flew right into his face. Yeah. If you're on the Convoy and near the deck, you might have heard shouting and gunshot as he totally shot the messenger. Public because he doesn't know Mii's journal frequency. The letter might have mentioned it, but he couldn't make out most of it because the ink was all smudged because of tears.)
